Trainee Silicone Applicator
We currently have exciting opportunities for competent, hardworking, Trainee Silicone Applicators to join our established team. As a trainee silicone applicator, full in-house training will be provided on how to skilfully apply mastic to steel windows and doors. This opportunity to earn while you learn also has the possibility to include a company van for work purposes, providing the eligibility criteria is met. The ideal candidate will need to have great personal skills, a smart appearance, and a friendly demeanour. It is essential that you have a full, UK driving licence. This role will require you to travel to customers’ properties.
Key Qualities of a Trainee Silicone Applicator
• Valid full UK driving licence.
• The position requires the ability to be self-motivated
• CSCS card is desirable but not essential.
• Basic understanding of Health and Safety.
• Customer focused, alongside excellent communication skills.
• A keen eye for detail to make sure we continue with our high installation standards.
