When our clients purchased this property, it needed a lot of work and so they decided to completely
renovate prior to moving in. They wanted a seamless look running throughout the downstairs and so
opted for Fabco Sanctuary products running throughout.

As you can see from the photos we installed two sets of external doors and screens, one set in the
kitchen and one in study, both in the same RAL colour. The doors were installed with our PAS:24
Multipoint locking system for added security.

As well as the bespoke patio doors we also installed our B-thermal rated windows across the whole
rear of the property.

We finished off this job by installing a number of internal doors with frosted glass and etching. The
etching was designed by the client and one of our CAD designers.
